DEG-1 USS Brooke
over all this is not bad kit, even tho it is an early version of this ship. The Helo hanger is designed for unmanned drone helicopter which was not adopted by the Navy. When I was on her the helo hanger was much bigger and housed a SEA Sprite helo.

USS Brooke
I love these older ship models. I have an old AC Carrier if the Yorktown from Lindberg with a 2 part hull. I do prefer the 1 piece hill but, as long as I can get some of these older kits, I'm in Seventh Heaven. How about some plastic Riverboat kits like from Lindberg and Revell.
