Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a refund or exchange. You must call or email us in advance to obtain a Return Authorization code. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If an item is defective we will replace it. If an item is missing parts, please see our Parts Garage Page and we can get the missing part right out to you. Please be sure that your satisfaction is our utmost concern. We stand by our products and will make sure the Return process is as easy and stress-free as possible.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. All orders ship within 1-3 Business Days. We can ship products anywhere in the USA and Canada using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the shipping method selected and your shipment's destination.
All items shown on the site are in-stock and immediately available for shipping unless they are listed as upcoming PRE-ORDER items. PRE-ORDER items will ship once they are available along with any other items that are included on the same order.
We offer shipping via Fedex and the USPS and you can see the rates during the checkout process before actually placing your order. We also offer a Flat Rate shipping charge for orders within the US of $11.99 where we decide the carrier. Please call or email us with any questions.
